I have reviewed a large number of heat sinks during the time that I have been reviewing computer hardware. Yet I have never reviewed one that tipped the scales as far as this one did. Don't get me wrong, I'm not necessarily saying large is bad because the Cooler Master Hyper Z600R will also rank as one of the best heat sinks we have ever reviewed.
