The CoolPix P5100 joins Nikon’s small but growing range of high-spec compacts and super-zooms aimed at enthusiasts. It adds only a few improvements to the formula of last year’s impressive P5000, but those include a bigger sensor and a new processor, and well as some other minor changes. It’s looking good, but is it enough to please the hobby photographers at whom it is aimed?
