If you try to hold out for just a few games a year, do yourself a favor and keep away from this one. Mercenaries 2 is a fun game, but it is a game that will be quickly forgotten. Honestly, while fun to play for a while, I already caught myself putting off this review to play other games. Yes, I will have this game installed on my system for a while, but playing it is another story. I'm probably one of the few people to run across this game and not be impressed, but then again, I'm not on EA's payroll. Mercenaries 2: World in Flames is at best a time-filler. A time filler I like, but a video game that I can't take serious. To me, this is fun entertainment until something good actually comes along. Sorry guys; but I can’t force myself to give this game a good score. Decent is about the only favor I can hand out.
