Canon PowerShot S500 (IXUS 500) Review

Posted on Tuesday, October 12 2004 @ 19:26:32 CEST by LSDsmurf

The new Canon PowerShot S500 (IXUS 500) uses the body of last year's PowerShot S400 but with a 5 megapixel CCD and with an added button to allow direct printing. The S500 has a solid, well-finished two-toned metal body with a champagne coloured front lens trim; a design that is both compact and smooth enough to allow the camera to slide into a pocket when turned off, and which gives it an elegant and classy look.
