    ThermalTake SpinQ CPU Cooler Review

Posted on Wednesday, April 08 2009 @ 12:49:51 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Cooling plays a very important role in the performance and longevity of a computer. The cooler the component runs the longer it will function normally. One of the most critical components that needs to be kept cool is the CPU.

ThermalTake’s award winning CPU Cooler: The SpinQ has arrived at our lab. This little cooler packs quite a punch it it's deceptively small package. We give the SpinQ a ride on an E8400 @ 3.6 GHz to see what it can take. ThermalTake's bread and butter is creating cooling solutions that are not only extreme but functional for the "everyday user" and they did a number with this one. With a finger shreddin' hand munchin' appearance and a blue lit squirrel cage style internal fan, ThermalTake really brought some ammunition to the table in the battlefield that is the CPU cooling market.
