While it's easy to think that a cooler this good and this quiet should be in every computer system featuring an HD4870 there are a few things to consider. First, the cooler will only fit on reference cards. Many of the cards available from Sapphire, XFX, Palit and others are not built on this reference design any more. Make sure you have a reference card before you purchase this cooler.
