HIS Radeon HD 4870 IceQ 4+ Turbo Review

Posted on Wednesday, April 22 2009 @ 12:25:19 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

Those more adventurous among us will likely want to push the Radeon HD 4870 IceQ 4+ Turbo further, and even with the rather standard cooler there is quite a bit of headroom. The core, for example, maxed out at 830MHz while the memory reached 1155MHz or 4.62GHz respectively. That said, if you are going to overclock the Radeon HD 4870 for maximum performance, why pay $35 US extra for a factory overclocked version.
