Tropic Thunder HD Movie Review

Tugg Speedman (Ben Stiller) is an action star whose popularity is on the wane. His co-stars on his latest production Tropic Thunder (Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr.); a Vietnam war flick set in the jungles of Cambodia are self-obsessed “prima donnas” whose behaviour, in conjunction with director Damian Cockburn’s (Steve Coogan) own ineptitude, are about to force the studio to close the whole thing down.
Filled with just the right balance of comedy, action and industry self-referencing and with some great comedic turns, especially from Robert Downey Jr. (who knew his comedic timing was so good?), Tropic Thunder is just the right antidote to a busy/stressful working week.
