    The Vantec EZ Swap Removable SATA Hard Drive Rack holds a SATA HDD, resulting in excellent data transfer speeds; much faster than USB2 or Firewire 800. A 3.5" SATA HDD is affordable and very large in capacity, making it a perfect backup solution.
