    ATI Silencer 1 Review

    Up for inspection today is the highly anticipated ATI Silencer 1 from Arctic Cooling...the people that brought us the awesome original VGA Silencer! I really had high hopes for this next generation Silencer, but as you will see as you read through this review, I had more then one issue with this "new and improved" design!
