As a fairly young company founded by enthusiasts, OCZ have clearly set out how they see themselves, whilst also clearly indicating their goals and aspirations as an enthusiast serving company. Unlike many companies with ridiculous claims of 110% customer satisfaction etc, from personal experience, I know that OCZ do go the extra mile to ensure the end-user is content.
