ASUS EAH 4890/HTDI/1GDD5/A RADEON HD 4890 Review

Posted on Saturday, August 29 2009 @ 12:51:02 CEST by Thomas De Maesschalck

We will have an extensive test of this new video card but I thought I would give a preview of one of the better HD 4890 cards out there before the card is finished testing. The ASUS EAH4890/HTDI/1GDD5/A card shares many common features with the TOP card including the dual fans, the 6 heatpipes cooling solution, the Super ML Cap and Voltage Tweaks. The difference between the two cards is the higher clock speed of the TOP and the higher selling price of the TOP; otherwise the two cards are identical. ASUS clearly put a lot of thought into the design of these two cards and it shows throughout.
