Sony KE-42XBR950 Plasma Television Review
|
Posted on Sunday, November 14 2004 @ 19:55:00 CET by LSDsmurf |
As usual with some of the most recent plasma TVs to hit the market, black levels and gray scaling are improving significantly. The Sony KE42XBR950 is no exception and exceeds many picture elements of other plasma displays. Color rendition is true, rich and exciting - even luscious. Definition and sharpness are super - with very little fragmenting around image outlines. I could not detect any ghosting in action sequences. Light throughput (amount of light entering and exiting through the pixel) is excellent, allowing for a naturally bright and exuberant picture image. Color saturation is one of the best features of the unit - exceeding any I have seen.
