    AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition revision C3 Review

    Better core overclockability was also something I thought would be possible, and I can say I was not disappointed at all; the Phenom II processors now max out at over 4GHz on air, which is awesome. With a good water cooling setup, I am sure it could get to around the 4.2GHz mark.
