Volcano 7+ Spire vs. WhisperRock IV Review

I am sure you all have been wondering which fan would be the best for your CPU. We can chose from expensive coolers for over 100PLN and those cheaper which we often buy without being convinced of their efficiency. Spire WhisperRock IV caught my eye – one of those very quiet fans. I have heard many positive opinions but still can not believe that a fan with 21,1dBA of noise can be efficient. Thermaltake Volcano 7+ will be its competitor in the test. It got awarded many times and current versions of Volcano are definitely based on this one. the fan is still available and it costs exactly the same as Volcano 11 Plus.
