    Contest: What is modding? Review

    We are having a very simple giveaway. Answer our Alaskan Daily Disturbance writer, Iateronmly's, question "What is modding?" Winner gets their choice of a Retail copy of Win XP or Half-Life 2. Runner up gets the other.
