Griffin iTrip Auto Universal Plus FM Transmitter Review

With my recent acquisition of a Motorola Droid X, I found myself streaming almost 90% of my music from the internet. This is great when you want to listen to the music with either corded or Bluetooth headphones. However, what about those times when you want to listen to this music over your car stereo or even maybe your home stereo? Sure you could go buy a new car stereo that supports audio in from an mp3 player, but what if you don’t want to spend a whole lot of money? This is where FM transmitters come in. My previous experiences with such devices did not exactly leave the best impressions so I was kind of leery when I first received the Griffin iTrip Auto Universal Plus from Griffin. This device basically takes Griffin’s iTrip Auto for the iGadgets and allows users of other smartphones to join the party as well as long as their device has a standard 3.5mm audio jack.
