Samsung Tantus HPN6339 63" HDTV Review

Posted on Sunday, January 30 2005 @ 01:59:17 CET by LSDsmurf

One of the largest plasma screens ever built, Samsung's 63-inch HPN6339 flat-panel television is broad enough--and slender enough in profile--to turn just about any room into a luscious home theater. The set's native resolution is 1,366 x 768, and its direct-digital DVI input works with compatible high-definition DTV set-top boxes and PCs. There's also a standard RGB computer input. A built-in analog tuner, a pedestal stand, and a generous array of audio/video connections make setup a snap. Further, the set's widescreen (16:9) display is specially configured to accommodate the native aspect ratios of your favorite movies, either from DVD or from HDTV broadcasts when the set is hooked up to a DTV receiver (not included).
