Memorex TravelDrive USB Flash Drive Review

Posted on Thursday, March 03 2005 @ 16:22:45 CET by LSDsmurf

Just about everyone has a flash drive, and why not. With something the size of your thumb, you can store lots of data like mp3s, documents, pictures, etc... What makes a good thumb drive these days? The first answer is storage, but what about size and speed. Most flash drives these day are USB 2.0 compatible; therefore, they should be about the same speed. This sounds sound, but is it true. Memorex advertises their flash drive as being fast, but is it truly faster than other USB 2.0 flash drives. Thanks to Geeks, formerly Computer Geeks, we will find out.
