Overall the AMD Radeon HD 7990 is an impressive creation that is extremely well designed and put together. The frames per second performance puts it right where it needs to be and if AMD can indeed improve frame time performance as they claim to be in the process of doing, then the 7990 could certainly become a real problem for the GTX 690 and GTX Titan.
