Sapphire Radeon R7 250 uses Oland GPU at 1050Mhz and 1GB GDDR5 memory at 4600Mhz. Sapphire Radeon R7 250 has 128Bit Memory Interface, 384 Shaders and DirectX 11.1. Sapphire Radeon R7 250 is reviewed against the Sapphire Radeon HD 5770. Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 uses Juniper GPU at 850Mhz and 1GB GDDR5 memory at 4800Mhz. Sapphire Radeon HD 5770 has 128Bit Memory Interface, 800 Shaders and DirectX 11. Software used was 3dmark 11, Computemark, Stone Giant, Tessmark, AVP, Final Fantasy XIV and Resident Evil 6 Benchmarked with Windows 7 and AMD FX 4300.
