Analysis of the Main Characteristics of Memory Modules. Part 9: Samsung DDR2-667 Review

We proceed with the series of articles devoted to the low level
analysis of the most important characteristics of DDR2 memory modules
using our RightMark Memory Analyzer universal test package. This
article will review two Samsung DDR2-667 memory module types,
represented by 256 MB and 512 MB sample pairs.
