The Treo 650 is 4.4" x 2.3" x 0.9 and weighs 6.3 ounces. This means it is a good deal larger than your average cell phone and a bit bulkier than your average PDA. The Treo 650 also incorporates a VGA digital camera into the mix, a feature which many cell phones are beginning to adopt. The beauty of the 650 is that it is able to combine the attributes of all three into a single device.
