A more powerful and tabbed replacement for Notepad.
-Multiple Files can be open from open file
dialog
-File saving & opening changed for a little bit
-RTF toolbar updates and got some new features
-Update system bug fixed
-About dialog changed
-Settings dialog changed
-Ruler fixed , but not completed
-Translation files changed to .nxt
-You can open translation directly from a file in windows explorer
