Changes:
- More BoV Changes
- PAL Dummy files corrected
- Dummy Cells now dummied by PGC/Cell not Vobid/cell
- Critical Errors are now shown in a seperate log window
- Bitrate calcs now work and can create CCEData file
- Asset removal now functional
- Other changes/improvements
