two Nova-S Plus devices in the one machine. Its an uncommon problem, but may
also affect others.
in the same way '999' can be used to toggle comskip during file playback,
'998' can now be used to delete the comskip file for the currently playing
video. This is useful if comskip got it wrong and you dont want to use the
comskip info for future attempts to play this file.
added support for switching audio streams on AVI files with multiple audio
streams (Ctrl-G or Green key on remotes with colour keys). You need to have
the Morgan Stream Switcher filter installed for this to work.
