OutlookBackupPro 1.0 Build 1005

Posted on Friday, March 14 2008 @ 13:55:57 CET by

Backup, restore and transfer your Outlook 2003 / 2007 files, settings, email accounts. Schedule backups and auto-upload them to any FTP server.

+ Added support for 64bit Windows Operating systems
+ Added an FTP progress window that can be opened through the tray icon, if a 'scheduled backup' or a 'backup on startup' is uploaded to an FTP server
+ Added a 'Manage profiles' link to the 'Backup / Restore preferences' settings section
+ Added a link to the 'Backup progress' screen to open the log file of the backup that has just been created

- Restore: under certain circumstances the tray icon symbol did not re-set itself after completing a restore
- UI: fixing some minor design issues that occured on machines with 120DPI screen font settings
- UI: some fixes to the English and German language files

* Backup: if a file to be included to a backup is 'in use' during backup, the backup engine now tries to access the file in a 'shared read/write' connection in order to backup the file. In some cases this will allow the engine to backup the file although it is currently in use
* Serveral code optimizations
* Updated help file
* Updated English and German language files
