Changes:
- New: Added support for 64-bit Windows XP.
- Change: ElbyCDIO rewritten from scratch to have unified drivers for 32 and
64 bit Windows Compatibility with third party IDE drivers should be
improved.
- Some minor fixes and improvements.
- Updated languages.
