- feature: SkypeOut Quality Feedback form is launched after a portion of
SkypeOut calls
- change: Skype client default width increased from 280px to 310px
- change: Migrated key functionality on Call Tab toolbar to main client
toolbar
- bugfix: Skype API -- prevent Access Control dialog from being bypassed by
an already authorized, but modified API client
- bugfix: Skype was unable to start when its configuration files were
corrupted under some circumstances
