AkelPad - is an open source editor for plain text. It is designed to be a small and fast.

Changed: speed of work with text is greatly increased. Now files equally quickly
opens/edits, independent from monospaced font or not, and also independent from character set.
Changed: improved work with Input Method Editors (IME).
Added: support for multiline URL in word wrap mode.
