Sandboxie runs your programs in an isolated space which prevents them from making permanent changes to other programs and data in your computer.

Could not execute SandboxieRpcSs.exe (267) caused by blocking access to some
folders through Sandbox Settings > Resource Access > File Access > Blocked
Access.
