Nomad.NET RC

Posted on Tuesday, September 01 2009 @ 20:41:04 CEST by

Nomad.NET is the successor of Nomad, a powerful file manager written by me a couple of years ago. It is completely rewritten (no single line of code was taken from previous Nomad) using best ideas and algorithms and implementing everything in a completely new way.

+ Dutch localization added (thanks to Martijn Weisbeek)
+ Issue #115 implemented (Respect environment variables in Select Folder Dialog)
+ Issue #114 implemented (Show mapped network drive path instead of volume label)
* Nomad is built for Any target again
* Some dialogs layout changed to better work with long localized strings
- Bug #107 fixed (Stored layouts does not working properly, was broken when fixing issue #99)
- Bug #108 fixed (Shift+C does not appears to be valid shortcut in Nomad)
- Bug #109 fixed (Exception when enabling themes support in Vista)
- Bug #111 fixed (Tabs with Large Icon view panel not restored on start)
- Bug #112 fixed (Double click maximizes worker dialogs)
- Bug #113 fixed (Attributes reseted when copy to compressed folder)
- Try to fix bug #116 (Occasional hangs under Windows Vista and 7)
- Bug #117 fixed (Crash when copying (deleting) files on Win7)
- Try to fix bug #120 (Exception when using some Wcx plug-ins)
