Changelog:
New: Improved the way to simulate bad sectors of Sony ARccOS protected
DVDs for better DVD compatibility.
New: Fake but DVD-compatible data will be given to DVD copy software when
copying bad sectors of ARccOS protected DVDs, so that DVD copy software will
accept it as normal data without problem. No other program do it this way!
Fixed: DVD Shrink and Nero Recode "out of memory" problem when
copying ARccOS protected DVDs.
Update: Rearranged Cache options to make it more easy to understand.

New: Cache can be applied to files on network (Non-DVD) drive, which is
