Changes in Mp3tag 2.31b :
- NEW: timeout of freedb server is also used for web sources now.
- NEW: position and size of web source results dialog is remembered now.
- CHG: loading of subdirectories by using drag'n'drop of a file from the file view isn't possible anymore.
