    - simplified libmplayer makefile
    - select frame copy function on startup
    - copy picture border when not processing it
    - few additional ADPCM codecs support
    - updated libavcodec, options to skip loop filter in h.264
    - nasm -> nasmw
    - don't allow duplicated in keys
    - multichannel crystality
    - offer only currently supported formats for grabbing
    - don't use media times when decoding MPEG1/2
