RJ TextEd is a full featured text and source editor with Unicode support, syntax highlighting and code folding. The functionality extends beyond text files and includes support for HTML editing with integrated preview, spell checking, auto completion, HTML validation, templates and more. I finally managed to reproduce the issue. It's a synchronize issue between the background thread, that updates code folding, and the main thread. I have only been able to reproduce it on Intel Core i7 (8 cores with hyper threading), but it may occur on other systems as well. I actually haven't received a single bug report on the issue, so it may not occur very often. But it is a serious bug, hence the update.
