- SVObject/SVOperator interface code now deals properly with classes that are not re-entrant (i.e. thread-safe); this is just a preparation for future changes
SDK:
- added mutex (semaphore) support to SVClass class (in-use)
- added mutex (semaphore) support to SVLog class (in-use)
- added mutex (semaphore) support to SVObject and SVOperator base classes; added "threadsafe" indicator flag (default: true)
- mutex support: made all semaphore calls nullptr-proof, i.e. obtaining/releasing in this case always succeeds
- minor other improvements in these areas
