Changelog:
- bug: windows too small with some Windows themes (thanks to brucelee06 for noticing this bug)
- import a text file to transform it to a subtitle
- press F2 to synchronize the beginning, release it to synchronize the end (inspired by SubSync)
- when a subtitle is to short, for automatic durations, impose a minimum value (900 msec)
- bug: end of fthe last line never automatically synchronized
- bug: blue lines in the dotplot not well placed (correspond to the previous line)
