Added:
Red bar across the top of the Splendid forecast skin to display the
current severe weather alert, when available.
Border line around the top of the Splendid interface skin so the interface
did not fade into black backgrounds.
Changed:
Center of Splendid forecast skin barometer to display barometer reading.
Fixed:
Splendid forecast skin thermometer was not displaying the bars when using
languages that use a comma to separate the tenths place.
Wallpaper was not reverting when "Wallpaper" --> "On
exiting Weather Watcher, reset wallpaper" option was checked.
Tray icon was dropping digits when temperature was below 10 degrees,
temperature conversion was set to Celsius, and the "Tray Icon"
--> "Hide first digit when reaching 100°" option was selected.
The wrapping on the Splendid forecast skin so the wrapping lines do not
distort the interface height.
The severe alert window was displaying blank tabs after Weather Watcher
was restarted and a severe weather alert was still available.
[ALERTS AVAILABLE] and [SEVERE ALERT] forecast skin template codes were
not inserting the proper values
