Changelog:
- Added full support for the LG LX5450 (Alltel).
- Fixed SMS Deletion excetion.
- Added SMS Export to CSV and mbox formats.
- Update filesystem tab with new look and feel. Supports drag and drop for
copying files into the phone's file system.
- Sanyo phones: Added reading of call history.
- Sanyo picture phones: On reading camera pics, rename duplicate filenames.
This prevents smaller "saved to phone" pictures from clobbering
the original "in camera" pictures.
- LG VX8100/VX-9800: Added the capability to retrieve video files. These
files can also be played by an appropriate software player (if installed).
- Fixed apparent program frozen issue.
- Fixed Filesystem Backup exception.
