- IPC bug fixes
- tracker drops pid file; FreeBSD initscript
- fix for the long-standing XP SP2 connection rate
- fix for fastresume error messages
- prevent use of well-known port range (< 1024)
- auto-update launches installer in silent mode
- a number of small bug fixes
