Changelog:
- FavIcon download - new option: Override/Keep existing FavIcons
- FavIcons can be assigned manually
- Find Duplicates: Select all duplicates with a single click
- AM-DeadLink shows an error message if not all IE Favorites could be loaded
due to some Unicode restrictions
- The "One level up" feature didn't work properly for URLs with
parameters (?param=...)
- Check was not finished properly in rare cases (concretely when a windows
dll hung)
