of the pms_config.ini. The placeholder is replaced with the user tempfolder
at startup

It's now possible to define additional parameters at commandline that are
added to the startup url. So if you start Server2Go with "Server2Go.exe
/urlparam abc=1&xyz=test" you will get this parameters added to the
URL for startup
