Changelog:
- Update to version 5.1.4 of PHP
- Update to version 1.3.34 of Apache
- Adding the possibility to use the placeholder {TMP} in folder-definitions
of the pms_config.ini. The placeholder is replaced with the user tempfolder
at startup
- Set the pear path correctly in the php.ini as include path
- Fixing bug, so mysql from CD is working too
- It's now possible to define additional parameters at commandline that are
added to the startup url. So if you start Server2Go with "Server2Go.exe
/urlparam abc=1&xyz=test" you will get this parameters added to the
URL for startup
- Adding experimental support for Apache 2.0.x servers
- And as allways: Fixing some smaller bugs
