Changelog:

Fixed a bug that caused the Software Manager to show only an empty list on some computers.
Greatly improved the Software Manager, it can now detect more left-over data from old software and also better extract information from the found software.
Improved the MRU scanning module of the Registry Cleaner, this means the Registry Cleaner will now most likely show many more items than before.
Added support for new programs to the History/MRU Cleaner, still more will follow.
Added a translation for Brazilian Portuguese and Latvian.
A long list of minor bugs fixed.
