Fixes in GetRight 5.2d:
- Fix bug that temp files got moved to the recycle bin instead of being
deleted.
- Fix bug when adding files from the GetRight Browser.
- Fix so smarter about automatically adding the right file type if you leave
it off the file name, like "getright 5.2"
- Fix bug that could sometimes cause problems when using a HTTP proxy for
FTP downloads.
