Changelog:

The toolbar customization dialog was improved.
'Not junk' and 'Search' button were added to the main toolbar.
The 'Send' button is disabled when no queued messages exist.
Junk mails are filtered when incorporating from local spool even if 'Filter on incorporation' is disabled.
The 'Get' button of the main toolbar was fixed.
Several bugs of the search dialog were fixed.
Win32: The sorted column of the selected row on the summary view becomes visible when it doesn't have focus.
Win32: System fonts with multi-byte font names (such as 'MS PGothic' and 'Meiryo') can be available now.
