ATI/AMD can't support all the OEM's with Catalyst Drivers on Vista due to
restrictions. However Driver Heaven has a tool to modify "reference" ATI
drivers to allow the end user to install them on their laptop, therefore
keeing their machine up to date with the newest drivers.
Their original XP Mobility modder was downloaded over 2 million times. They
have now completely recoded the tool for Windows Vista and it is in the
second phase of public beta testing.
