First NVIDIA Ion based nettop expected before June

NVIDIA General Manager of MCP Business Drew Henry told DigiTimes that the first product based on the NVIDIA Ion platform will be a $299 nettop. Henry didn't share which manufacturer is working on this system, but the said you can expect it before June.

Additionally, Henry also revealed NVIDIA is still considering to cooperate with VIA to create a low-cost PC platform with the VIA Nano processor. Originally, NVIDIA was planning to go with the Nano processor but NVIDIA CEO Jen-Hsun Huang recently said VIA's chip doesn't have broad industry support.
