R&B Mods has reviewed the Spire Falcon Cpu Cooler :

Spire Cooler has a bunch of CPu coolers out there. They sent me the Falconrock for AMD which I will tell you about now.
The cooler is really good quality I saw it right away when I took it out of the pack. It has a special metal clip so you won't slip with thescredriver and hurt anything other parts. Really easy installation and release. Well lets get this party going..
