Intel's upcoming Celerom M 400 series has gone on sale in Japan. This is a budget version of the dual-core Yonah processor:
As Reg Hardware exclusively revealed in January, Intel is preparing a trio of single-core Yonah-based Celeron Ms: the 410, 420 and 430, clocked at 1.46, 1.60 and 1.73GHz, respectively. All three are fabbed at 65nm, contain 1MB of L2 cache and support a 533MHz frontside bus clock frequency.

According to a Japanese-language Akiba PC Hotline report, boxed versions of the 420 and 430 this week went on sale in Tokyo priced at ¥14,780 ($125/£72) and ¥17,780 ($150/£86), respectively. The 410 isn't expected to ship until Q3. The following quarter should see the debut of the 1.86GHz 440. More info over at The Register.
